1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Conciqa (“the Service”), operated by Conciqa Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Conciqa provides an artificial-intelligence-driven front-office communication and conversion platform for service businesses, including automated phone answering, lead qualification, and appointment coordination.

3. Demonstrations & Pilots

Public demonstration telephone lines are provided for evaluation purposes. Demonstration interactions do not constitute a formal commercial service contract until an official pilot or subscription agreement is executed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Conciqa's demonstration lines or services to transmit abusive, harassing, unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious content, or to attempt unauthorized access to telephony or server infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Conciqa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the demonstration or commercial service.
